Castle Hill Lighthouse

Walk the half mile out-and-back trail that leads to this important 1890s coastal structure. Today, the lighthouse sits on private property and is owned by the U.S. Coast Guard. While the inside of the lighthouse is not open for tours, the outside grounds welcome visitors who wish to explore this piece of marine history.

Cliff Walk

The Cliff Walk in Newport offers a scenic 3.5-mile path that combines Atlantic Ocean views with a close-up look at the city's famous Gilded Age mansions.
